I hope to finish in under an hour.
I'll post my results when done.
On a side note - four of us from my office are doing this workout together (a little team building race) - and we are all "old" - with me being the second youngest at 39.

ReplyDeleteTough Workout. I highly recommend you eat a little maybe an hour before the workout so you have some gas in the station. After the workout maybe a banana and a protein shake for recovery. It is pretty rough working out for an hour solid.
I did it by 10/20/30 splits - into 10 sets of it.
I think we should do this workout for our fit test at training. Seriously. What do you think?

ReplyDeleteUpper body FAIL: ran out of pull ups after about 60, push ups after 160, cut my losses and finished the squats and run. 1h26m
ReplyDeleteGreat job Zach. It's a killer workout - and took me a lot of building up to finish it. Just trying it out of the blue is crazy. Perhaps someone else in the dojo will give it a try? Looking forward to seeing you in November.
